Before LDX had a name, we were already doing the work: rebuilding Oxford Well’s website, turning its well-cost workbook into live software, and automating the form-heavy admin that eats a small team’s week.
The same pattern kept showing up. A business has good people and decent tools, but the tools don’t talk to each other, the website undersells the work, and hours go on copying data from one place to another. Fixing that takes design, software and automation together. So we set up a studio that does all three.
Oxford Well is still our first client and our toughest critic. Its standards — check the numbers, trace every claim — are ours.
