05Questions
Do prices include VAT?

Prices in GBP, excluding VAT. The price on the page is the price on the quote, with no set-up fees added later.

How do payments work?

Usually 50% to start and 50% at launch. Larger builds are split into stages, each paid when you sign it off. Monthly services are billed in advance.

What counts as a revision round?

One round is one consolidated list of changes to the current design or draft. Each package says how many rounds are included; new features or pages outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before any work starts.

Who pays for AI and automation running costs?

You do, at cost, with no markup. That covers LLM usage, automation-platform plans and hosting. We estimate them upfront in every proposal, and where possible they run on your own accounts.

Can you guarantee a first-page Google ranking?

No, and you should be wary of anyone who says they can. We set targets, do the work and report rankings, traffic and enquiries every month.

Who owns the work?

You do. Designs, code, workflows, prompts and models built for you are yours on final payment, including full copyright on logos.

Do you run discounts?

Occasionally, with a clear end date. We don’t show crossed-out “was” prices that were never charged.

Can I mix and match?

Yes. Most projects combine a package from each pillar. The bundles below are the two most common combinations.
