These terms cover use of this website. Project work is governed by the proposal and contract you sign with London DigiX, which takes precedence over anything here.

Prices

Prices on this site are in pounds sterling. Prices in GBP, excluding VAT. They describe standard packages; your written quote confirms the final scope and price before any work starts.

We keep this site accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not professional advice for your circumstances. Case studies describe real projects; figures shown in product demonstrations are illustrative.

Intellectual property

The site’s design, text, logo and code belong to London DigiX. Work we create for clients is owned by the client on final payment, as set out in their contract.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
